Q: How does this work?

A: Simply create an account by registering, fill out our brief RFP (request for proposal) form and we take it from there. We will work with our media partners to develop multiple proposals for you based on the information you provide. No sales meetings with advertising reps. No wasted time listening to pitches that simply are not right.

Our RFP engine works for all business categories. If you choose to purchase any of the campaigns, we will take the following steps immediately:

  1. We create Free 800#s for each one of your campaigns: We create a unique and custom 800# for use on each ad campaign you need to track, for your exclusive use, for as long as you need the number. There is no charge for the 800# and you only pay when an actual lead is logged.
     
  2. Use in ANY Ad: Once the number is assigned, we will send it to your advertising representative for use in your current or soon to be live advertising piece(s). This can be radio, direct mail, print, Internet – whatever. Any lead generation, direct response advertising you are doing we can begin answering calls for you and tracking your response immediately.
     
  3. Around The Clock New Client Handling: Once the 800# number is in use on your advertising and the ads begin to work, so do we.

    We will:
     
    1. Answer all of your new lead calls according to the inbound sales script you set up.
    2. Take all lead information (name, number, reason for calling) and transfer to your sales force if during business hours OR book an appointment request on our web based calendar.
    3. Input all caller / lead information into your InstantAdExpert Lead Management System for your tracking and next day follow-up (similar to Salesforce.com or Act or Goldmine – very simple to use and at no additional cost.)

Pay For Performance: We only charge for actual leads processed. For example, if your advertising generates 100 calls, but only 10 of these callers are willing to give their names and contact information, we only charge you for the 10. Our lead management fee and tracking fee is $7.00 per lead. In the example, we would have answered 100 calls for you but only charged you $70.00. (Less than $.75 cents per interaction.)
