InstantExpert LLC (“InstantExpert”) has implemented the following Privacy Policy. Instant Expert imbeds an online advertising platform which provides call center scripting and lead management tools (“Instant Expert Platform”) in third-party software provided by advertisers (“Advertisers”).
Information collected from clients through the Instant Expert Platform is governed by this Privacy Policy. Instant Expert also coordinates with media partners (“Media Partners”) that provide content or advertisements for the Instant Expert Platform. This Privacy Policy also governs data collection and use among Media Partners, Advertisers that provide third-party software, the Instant Expert Platform imbedded in the third-party software, and clients that use the Instant Expert Platform. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that InstantExpert does not own or control, or to people that InstantExpert does not employ or manage.
Information Collection and Use
Instant Expert collects the following information from clients that interact with the Instant Expert Platform through third-party software: name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, and the reason for the call or on-line inquiry. Instant Expert shares this information with Media Partners and Advertisers. Instant Expert shares this data for general marketing analysis. In addition, the personal information we collect from clients will be used by InstantExpert to provide the service or carry out the transaction requested or authorized. In addition, InstantExpert may share or transfer information about clients to one or more third party entities pursuant to a sale, merger, assignment, joint venture or other transfer or disposition of a portion, or all of, the assets or stock of InstantExpert.
From the InstantExpert website, InstantExpert may collect the following personal information: Company name, name, phone numbers, mailing address, and e-mail address. InstantExpert may send newsletters to the e-mail addresses collected as a result of general inquiries. In addition, InstantExpert will use the necessary personal information submitted to respond to a general inquiry.
Advertisers must create accounts to participate with the InstantExpert Platform. When Advertisers create an InstantExpert Platform account on the Instant Expert website, the following information is collected: company name, contact name, e-mail address, telephone number, mailing address, and billing information.
We use log files to track system activity and maintain our systems. Log data includes IP addresses, browser type, referring and exit pages, platform type, date and time stamps, and number and nature of clicks through our website or InstantExpert Platform. We use this information to analyze usage patterns, observe trends, administer the Site or InstantExpert Platform, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Log files are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Personally identifiable information collected by InstantExpert may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which InstantExpert or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities.
Cookies
A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. We may place cookies or similar files through the InstantExpert Platform to facilitate site navigation and use. Our cookies do not identify users individually.
Children
Please note that the InstantExpert website is a general audience website. If you are under 13 years of age, you should not register with us or provide information on this Instant Expert website or InstantExpert Platform. We do not collect personal information from any person about whom we actually know is under the age of 13.

InstantExpert shares information collected through its InstantExpert Platform and InstantExpert website with Media Partners, InstantExpert affiliates, and InstantExpert third-party software vendors. In addition, InstantExpert may share information we collect with companies that market our services or other third-parties that assist us with essential services such as data processing or servicing accounts.

Please be aware that when you click on one of those links, you will be directed to a website different from the InstantExpert Site or InstantExpert Platform, even if an InstantExpert logo, banner, or tool bar is still visible. Information you provide on other websites is subject to collection by those other sites, not InstantExpert. InstantExpert aggregates client use of Advertiser Software that has the imbedded InstantExpert Platform. The effectiveness and general marketing results as to use of the InstantExpert Platform will be summarized and made public. InstantExpert will publish the results, or cost-per-lead, of media types in the aggregate. InstantExpert’s aggregate reports may reveal the effectiveness of a Media Partner’s advertising efforts.
InstantExpert and Advertisers will co-own consumer data, the information collected when a consumer responds to an advertisement, and use it for research and further marketing efforts. InstantExpert will not publish individual consumer data.
Security Measures
InstantExpert has adopted security measures to ensure the security and integrity of personal data. These security measures protect personally identifiable information from loss, misuse or alteration.
Editing or Deleting Account Information
